Fix Broken ICMP on Cisco ASA

Outbound ICMP can often be broken on an ASA out of the box. The issue can surface as an asymmetric routing problem.

Resolution

Run fixup protocol icmp

Stop any existing ping requests

Restart pings

Pings should be successful
